Should air conditioning be used all the time?

Should the air con be used 24/7 or only when required to cool the car?

Only when you are actually in the car. It's a good idea to occasionally run hot air through the ventilation trunking for a couple of minutes before you park the car in order to dry out any condensation moisture in the trunking.
