Why doesn't the air conditioning work in my car?

The air conditioning temperature control doesn't work in my Citroen. When it's at the minimum it's okay, but you change temperature it starts heating?

We would suggest that you get the system recharged/checked in the first instance. At the same time get them to check the condenser/pipework for any leaks
