Can my wife claim for personal injury against my insurance?

I had an accident in the snow and ice. I lost control of the vehicle and hit a motorway style barrier. Even though it was not really my fault I have lost my no claims bonus. My wife was sitting in the passenger seat and since the accident we have found that she has a disc bulge in the neck. Can she still make a personal claim against my insurance?

If you lost control of your car, it is your fault, Simple as that. Yes, your wife can claim from your insurance for her personal injury.
