How do I defend a fraudulent insurance claim against myself?

My taxi insurance company are going to pay out on a claim on an accident that never happened. The police incident report confirms no other vehicle was involved, as my driver swerved to avoid other car. The passenger was not wearing a seatbelt and left the scene before police arrived. My driver phoned the police as the persons in taxi were asking for £250.

Contact your insurance company and advise them that you insist the defend this claim on the basis of "fundamental dishonesty". Request that they request from the other party evidence of damage caused, losses incurred, witness present. Advise that you will sue them for breach of contract should they pay out.
