Has Ford ditched the Powershift automatic gearbox?

The Ford Kuga marketing literature shows it having an eight speed e-shifter automatic transmission. Is this a new name for the old Powershift automatic or is the new one a torque converter automatic?

It will be the eight-speed torque converter automatic that is now also fitted to Focus models.
