What's a good large family car on a £5000 budget?
My car was recently written off, not my fault, but now I need to find a new one. It must be five-door as I have three children and have a boot big enough to put a suitcase in or my labrador. Any suggestions for a good used family car for around £5500-£6000?

The 2012 Honda Civic has a huge boot and its clever 'Magic Seats' can easily be folded to provide more room in the back. It will also be very reliable. Also, consider a Skoda Octavia - it has lots of space for the money.

Saloon shape but actually a practical hatchback. Far superior interior quality than outgoing model. Very practical with a large boot. Feels solid.
