Do we need to tell our insurer of a speed awareness course?
My son is to attend a speed awareness course - his insurer states that the Insurance Ombudsmen says he does not have to declare it on an insurance application but I think this is sailing close to the wind. We have a family multi-car policy - should I declare it to them now?

No, you do not need to declare. An offence is one whereby points have been placed on a licence. No points, no offence. No need to declare.
