Named driver on my car damaged another vehicle - will this affect her insurance as well as mine?

My partner is a named driver on my comprehensive policy. She scraped a parked car whilst driving my car. Claiming the repair costs for both cars will obviously increase my premiums for years to come. Is it likely to affect the premiums she will pay for her own car insurance?

Yes, she will have to declare that she has been involved in an incident even though she claimed on your policy. She is now seen as a higher risk by insurers.
