Cushcons

Not only are speed cushions a menace to vehicles, they are a menace to pedestrians. Last week I looked left, looked right, stepped out and fell full length, having tripped over one of these ‘safety’ devices. At 78 I am not amused.

Other readers have broken limbs tripping over them, so they are damaging the very people they are supposed to ‘protect’.
