Committing trees on
On a recent motoring holiday in England I was amazed to see how many major road route signs were obscured by overgrowing bushes and trees, this not only makes life very difficult for strangers to an area but also dangerous because you are trying to watch traffic and also navigate your route. Is this another way we are being ripped off with lack of maintenance?

A photo of an obscured speed limit sign is an excellent defence for a
speeding conviction, if you take the considerable risk of allowing the case to go to court. (Soon, you will not be allowed to claim the costs of defending your case, even if found innocent.)
