Volkswagen crankshaft sensor location
I'm trying to locate the crankshaft sensor on a Volkswagen Transport van 56-plate 1.9TD.

Unfortunately, we do not have specific detail of each and every car/vehicle.
However, I would expect the crankshaft sensor to be mounted so that the sensor can monitor the rotation of the flywheel. So you would need to look in and around the rear of the engine at the flywheel housing.
