Need a used diesel car

I currently have an 02 Citroen Berlingo Multispace 2.0 HDi which has blown turbo.

I need to replace it quickly but I only have £7000 to spend. My annual mileage is 20,000.

Most important requirements are that it is a diesel, manual and must be able to tow 1500kg. Any help with suitable make and model appreciated.

If it's to tow a caravan then the towcar needs to be 1,764kg net weight. Maybe a Volvo V70 D5.
