Missing items from a used car
I have bought a car and when I checked car on day of purchse, I found that service record book, code card and anti-theft locking wheel nut were missing.
I reported this to the seller (Car Supermarket) who said that car was sourced from Motability and that these items were often not received with car.
I have now contacted seller by email as instructed in their brochure, and I have received no response yet.
What are my rights?

If you paid retail money for the car your are entitled to get all of these components, otherwise the car is not complete and is not "of satisfactory quality" (which might be why the dealer got it cheap and his gain is your loss). Alternatively the dealer can take the car back and give you your money back. Your rights are here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
