Is this high-mileage for a 2010 Fiat 500?

I am interested in a Fiat 500 Pop 1.2 2010 model.

It's £7500 but it has 25,000 miles on the clock! Should I be concerned about the high mileage?

That isn't a high mileage. But make sure it is a 2010 model with the anti-roll bar inserted in the rear twist beam. The improved 2010 suspensions gives vastly better ride and handling.
