Economical seven-seaters

Would you please advise which is the most economical 7-seater in terms of fuel consumption, insurance and running cost?

Would you recommend Qashqai+2? I need one with an inbuilt sat-nav, air-con and good safety features.

To buy, maybe a Citroen Berlingo 7-seater or a VW Caddy Maxi Life. Not a Qashqai which has very little room in the back seats anyway.
