Used small cars
Could you recommend a used hatchback with good boot space for lugging saddles, dogs and agility equipment etc. around?
It's for my 21 year old daughter with 3 years no claims. It's a big purchase for her, £3000 - £4000, so it needs a lot of life left with low running / parts costs.
Doesn't need to be sporty - she is quite conservative - but definitely does not want a Panda or Fiat 500 or lots of ongoing bills.so thank you!

A Ford Fusion is a sort of mini estate with plenty of room and a flat load deck.
