Seat belt too tight
Today I had to fold my rear seats down in my 2005 Vectra in order to transport a wardrobe but now I've put the seats back up the centre seat belt has no slack and you can't pull any out.
Also when I've put the seats down again to see what's going on the belt just keeps getting tighter and tighter. Now it's so tight it's digging a groove into the seat. Any ideas how to put it right?

It's an inertia reel and the lock has slipped into child seat function. Usually jiggling it will release the lock. There may be some instructions about this in the owner's manual. If not and you can get access to the reel you will have to try to take it off and play about with it to try to release it.
