Why are there no chaim cam spares for my 2011 Skoda Fabia Elegance 1.2?

I'm buying a 2011 Skoda Fabia Elegance 1.2 TSI from a Skoda dealer. The vehicle requires a new cam belt but there are no spares available in the UK. Does this bode ill for the availability of future spares?
