Leaky Jazz

My wife owns a Honda Jazz 1.4 2002 and there are pools of water leaking from somewhere into the well which houses the spare wheel. There does not appear to be any wetness from above. I was wondering if you are aware of any particular problems with the seals etc with this model and age of car.

They has problems with rear door seals. But it could also becoming through the cabin vent flaps that are located behind the sides of the rear bumper.
