Injector replacement on an Octavia

In the past you recommended changing injectors on VW diesel engines to prevent cylinder bore wear being caused by a degraded spray pattern. Should I replace the injectors on my 70,000 mile 2006 Skoda Octavia 1.9PDI 105BHP?

Different type of injector. The 'rule' was for the old solid type, not your PD Pump Injectors.
