Faults information
Please tell me John, what’s the value of an RAC inspection? I ask you this because every car dealer I visit invites me to get an RAC inspection on the car I am looking at. Sorry, no reflection on your integrity but I am very suspicious of second-hand car dealers and I wonder why they are so keen to promote this service?

If the car has been RAC inspected it reduces their liability because you have employed an expert to inspect it on your behalf. Any unreported faults could be down to the RAC, not the dealer.
