Is a warranty issued with vehicles sold as 'trade' at trade prices?
If buying trade for say £2,500, is the garage legally obliged to provide a warranty for the car and what is the normal period that can be expected at this price?

Not at all. If buying 'trade' at ‘trade’ prices, you are buying as a trader to re-sell and you take all risks.
