The period after lent
My wife's car is insured with myself named as the insured and the main driver. My wife, son, daughter and son-in-law are also named as drivers.
We are planning to lend the car to my daughter for an extended period. This would mean that she would become the main driver, and that the car would be normally kept at her home, which is about 4 miles away from here and in a different post-code area from that named on the policy schedule.
Should it be possible to make these changes while keeping the existing policy? I recognise that there may be an additional premium to be paid. My son, daughter and son-in-law are all in their thirties. I should appreciate your advice before contacting my insurer.

This materially affects the way the car is being used and must be disclosed to the insurer. Otherwise, if something happens, it might be used to disqualify a claim.
