Where on my Mondeo's windscreen should I affix my 'liber-t' device for French toll roads?
I have just received the 'liber-t' device I ordered which should enable me to pass through the ‘T’ lane at French autoroute tolls 'on account'. The fitting instructions say that 'coated windscreens' have a blank area without coating and that the gizmo should be fitted there in order for it to receive the signal from the tollbooth. Where would I find this blank area on my 2008 Ford Mondeo Titanium X?

Look at the Quickclear screen very closely because it will be embedded with fine wires. There will be an area without these wires. Probably next to the rearview mirror, because that's where test cars always have their Telepeage passes.
