Stall keeper
Recently I was passenger in a car with stop/start. On the open road the trip was unremarkable but then traffic in town was heavy and I found the continual restarting made for a very uncomfortable journey. I resolved never to buy such a vehicle. I note now that a number of new models are shortly arriving which will only be available with stop start. I'd be interested to know if you have any personal experience or reports to suggest my journey was in some way a-typical?

You are right. Stop/start in stop/start traffic is extremely irritating.
