Relative values
I am writing on behalf of my relative who has just moved address from Garstang to Clitheroe in Lancashire. We have informed all parties i.e. utilities, banks, home insurance and pension regarding change of address and none have requested additional payment except for One Call car insurance at a cost of £55. I would appreciate if you could expose this scam in the Saturday Telegraph

Most insurers charge an admin fee for a change of address and, of course, the new address could be in a riskier area.
