Happy days?

I bought a new Honda Jazz in September 2010. It comes with Honda Happiness accident management cover. I am insured with Churchills. So if I have an accident, do I call Honda Happiness rather than Churchills. I understand from you replies to some people that this is a good thing, to avoid non-Honda parts and Credit Hire scams. Am I right?

In theory, yes. I have yet to hear of a reader coming unstuck with a manufacturer scheme. But if I ever do I will shout about it very loudly.
