I want more mpg from my Mercedes-Benz E320 CDI - is a bolt on chip the way to go? Some manufacturers say they improve mpg by 20% but is it true?

Maybe, maybe not. But you can bank on paying another £200 + for your insurance and you have to declare it. A better answer is a better fuel. I always got best mileage out of BP Ultimate diesel.
