Does my Panda have traction control?

My new Panda cuts out heavily under hard acceleration in bottom gear. It could be traction control but if so it cuts in early and hard and is verging on unsafe when pulling smartly out of junctions.

I can't tell from the handbook whether it has it, it doesn't have an 'ESP' warning light or the 'ASR' button on the dash, but I have in the back of my mind that all new cars should have some form of traction control.

I don't want to book the car in to the dealer 20 miles away for something it's meant to be doing.
