Intermittent clutch pedal vibration on a Fiat Scudo

My Scudo occasionally develops a strange vibration through the clutch pedal, it feels like the kickback you get from ABS and changes frequency with engine speed. When it starts I can make it stop by putting the van in neutral and coasting to a stop, it doesn't seem to stop unless the van is stationary.

There's no feedback through the gear lever or other pedals, just the clutch.

I've also noticed vibration through the steering wheel at around 63mph, which fades away when I hit around 70.

I think the vibration through the steering wheel is probably the driveshaft, it doesn't feel like it has any play in it but I've had that issue before, but that doesn't explain the clutch pedal feedback, which is just plain weird.

Sometimes it drives fine with no vibrations at all, the vibrations through the pedal seem to gradually get worse while at cruising speed, there's no noise.
