Replace drivers side mirror for ford focus

Someone clipped my drivers side mirror and badly damaged it - is there a way to get it replaced cheaper. It could be well over £200 from a Ford dealer for a replacement & fitting which is a rip off. You may suggest a scrap yard but this could be a long wait and it needs to be replaced quickly. Can this part be sourced cheaper eslewhere and then get someone to fit.

Same happened to me. Mine got ripped off by an overtaking Tesco HGV (yes, it was overtaking me on a 50mph 3 lane dual carriageway). Ford only does complete mirror pod assemblies, even though all that may be damaged is the pod itself and the mirror. You might get it cheaper from a scrappie, then have to spray paint the pod to match.
