Water is getting into my 406

Water is getting into the passenger footwell of my 406, seems to come from behind dash. It drips down side of dash and into footwell. Doesn't happen every time it rains though! Any ideas as to where the source of the ingress could be?

Coming in via the pollen filter because its waterproof cover is broken on not on properly, its seal has failed or the bulkhead vent well is flooded because its drains are blocked.
