CLK240 or CLK320?

I am handing back my BMW Z4 company car and opting out of the scheme. I have decided that the CLK convertible meets my brief (2004 model onwards) and for £7K - £8K there are some good examples. Simple question is which model? Insurance premiums are similar and road fund cheaper bizarrely for 320.

If you're talking petrol then, yes, the 240 was a strange engine and the 320 was more efficient.

Much better second attempt at CLK. Goes well, handles well and is comfortable. Attractive looks.
