Buying a used medium 4x4
I'm replacing my 05 Jeep Cherokee, solid but now 120k and getting costly to maintain. Considering changing for either Honda CR-V Diesel, or Hyundai Sante Fe Diesel.
I am doing 25k a year on and off road, should I go for something with 30-40k miles and 5 years old and swap in 2-3 years or something younger but with 70-80k miles and swap it in 2 years?

The current shape CR-V 2.2iCTDI was good to drive from the word go. The Santa Fe was vastly improved by the 190PS 2.2 R Type diesel engine and new 6 speed gearboxes from 2010 model year.

Roomy and versatile. Very comfortable, pleasant and relaxing to drive. not at all cumbersome. 2.2 i-CTDI diesel is excellent.
