Longevity of a door-lock
How long should a rear door lock last with very little use on a 7 year old Lexus LS430? I believe it should be a lot longer than 7 years. Who can I get as an "expert witness" to state that in my claim against the seller (less than 6 years ago)?

Any part on any 7 year old car could fail at any time and no one is liable.
