Safely fitting a baby seat
My baby seat requires the seatbelt to go round it to hold it in place, but the seatbelts in both front and rear of my Ford KA isn't long enough to go round. Can a seatbelt extender be used? Is there a solution which doesn't involve buying a new car seat?

That is not a safe way to restrain a baby seat. Get some proper tethers for it running from the seatbelt anchorage points.
