What happened to customer service?

What happened to customer service? I have purchased a new Honda Jazz Hybrid and included was free servicing and free extended warranty. After 14 weeks of chasing the dealer and latterly Honda, I still don't have any documentation. What would you do?

Take the car back to the dealer and ask for your money back because you have not been supplied with what you paid for.
