Who pays for a new turbo?

We purchased a Ford Galaxy Zetec 2009 from 'the UK’s leading car and van retailer' about 3 months ago and the vehicle keeps failing into limp mode, with numerous visits back to service bay = new boost sensor, ECU reporting ESP failures etc.

It was back at the dealer today [5th time] and they have now agreed that the turbo needs to be replaced. Car only has +40K on the clock - should we be duly concerned with this state of play & look to wash our hands of the car before something seriously goes wrong & we are lumped with a mess! We feel the dealer needs to exchange for a working vehicle and make up for their shocking customer service.

Down to the way the previous owner used the car, switching the engine off when the turbo was red hot. The dealer has to replace the turbo and get it working properly or give you your money back.
