Raising the rear seats

The current Avensis Tourer suits my family's needs perfectly except that the children feel hemmed-in. The door glass starts too high so they can't see out. Is there any way to safely raise them a little higher than just their booster seats? They are 7 and 9 (125 and 135cm tall).

Try: www.multimac.co.uk/home , but they are expensive.
