Buying a used Audi Q5

I am considering an Audi Q5 that has done 74k miles. Should I have concerns about any specific potential problems, eg engine, drive train, suspension links or electrics etc?

Under normal circumstances am I likely to be confronted with major problems and or big bills during the next 60k miles?

My annual mileage is only 8 to 10k per annum so adding mileage is perhaps not a problem but maybe having a diesel could be?

Nothing has come up on the Q5, but an A6 with the V6 diesel needed new swirl flap motors.
