"Cost Price?"

My wife has received a flyer from our local Toyota dealer offering special terms on new cars which they are calling "cost price"! Have you any idea what that means and if so what reduction as a percentage of list one could expect?

It usually means invoice price to the dealer, but what the dealer doesn't tell you is that to be able to afford to sell at 'cost price' he is getting additional incentive payments from the manufacturer that he is not necessarily passing on to the customer.
