Age or mileage when buying a motor home?
We want to buy a smallish (2-4berth) campervan/motor home for no more than £12,000. We know we won't get much for that price so is it better to look for low mileage or is the newer the better?

The newer the better. Some of these things sit on people's driveways doing nothing for 6 months of the year and perhaps 2,000 miles for the rest of it. Yet they're based on vans designed to do 200.000 miles in 4 years then be scrapped.
