Replacing an A6 with a CR-V

My Audi A6 has now reached the time to be replaced, 200000 good miles. The replaced falls between Honda CR-V or Suzuki Grand Vitara, as my future mileage will be 8000 miles per year the choice would be a petrol automatic, budget is £6-7000. Are there any pluses or minuses between the 2?

Both CRVs more sophisticated than Grand Vitara. 2001-2006 CR-V very reliable and very practical. 2007-2012 CR-V a much better drive. See www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar
