Fiesta front seats - can they be replaced?

I have a titanium petrol 1.6 fiesta (10 plate).
It is a great car to drive but the front seats give me really bad back ache.
Is it possible to swap them for another make (eg Vauxhall Astra or BMW)?

If not, please would you recommend a similar sized car that is good to drive but has better seats for my back?

FIAT 500. Absolutely brilliant seats and seating position, largely due to the long squabs.
