Reject my used Lexus?
On 15th August I bought a 2008 Lexus Approved RX400h with 19k on the clock from a main dealer. I had a towbar fitted and was informed by the fitter that the rear bumper had been damaged and badly repaired. The dealer agreed that this was true and duly fitted a new bumper, but denied knowledge of any accident history as they had bought the car in!!
Now on 15th September I am finding other signs that it has previously suffered undisclosed accident damage. What are my rights? The Lexus "peace of mind guarantee" promises a 30 day or 1000 mile replacement.

Reject it, then, for, undisclosed accident damage. Obviously you will lose the money you spent having the towbar fitted. Law here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/faq/consumer-rights/
