Does a lorry driver negate his insurance if he does this?
Does a lorry driver negate his insurance policy if he drives along a lane which is signposted as "unsuitable for HGVs"? The incidence of irresponsible drivers using our single track lane (damaging the parapet of a railway bridge as a consequence) is becoming concerning.

Depends on whether he is driving a lorry or an HGV. HGVs are generally 30 to 40 tonne artics.
