Retro fitting electric mirrors to a Fiat Panda - is it possible?

We're looking for a 3 to 6 year old Panda. We'd really like electric mirrors but only the Eleganza came with these and they are few and far between. Is it likely that the wiring will be in place on all models such that I could simply buy the electric mirrors and the switch and fit them?
