Headlight alignment
Looking at on-coming car headlights at night, should the offside headlamp appear brighter than the near side headlight if correctly aligned? Or should it be the other way round?

If left dipping then the nearside might appear a bit brighter because it does not have to dip left to the same degree as the offside.
