Electronic hand brakes - and the point is?
What is the point of electronic handbrakes? You report that water ingress is a common problem. If it's so common why don't they fix it? I have just been quoted £550 by Volkswagen to replace just one side.

They usually work more positively on rear brake discs than a lever and cable system ever can.
