Bought a second hand car and I want to reject it
I bought a used car from a dealer and for the first weekend the car wouldnt start and the garage replaced the battery. Now the clutch is slipping and they want to charge me for replacing it. I dont want the car anymore as it has been problematic from day 1 do I have any legal rights to return the car. At the moment the owner is away and I am left without transport until he returnes. I am a single mother and new in the country and feel that I have been taken for a ride.

Yes, you do. If the car has been faulty from the start your remedy us the ruling in Clegg v Olle Anderson Supreme Court 2003.
